About Me

There was a time I believed transformation required constant work — searching, striving, assembling myself piece by piece. I devoted energy to becoming whole, always reaching for something just beyond me.

Then something quieter happened.

I began walking with the medicines. Gently. Without force. And the pace of everything changed.

My dreams grew vivid and precise. My body settled into its natural rhythm. What had once felt like intuition became steady — unmistakable.

And in that settling, a recognition arose:

What I had been seeking was never missing.
It was already alive within me — clarity, creativity, wisdom — waiting for space rather than effort.

Life opened from there. Not louder, but deeper. More coherent. More true.

Now, I walk alongside those who feel that same pull — not toward fixing or becoming, but toward remembering. Toward listening to the body, honoring the dream field, and trusting what is already present.
